How can I track the status of my order?Updated a year ago

You can track the status of your order as soon as it's placed via your Order Confirmation. If your order is fulfilled via Canada Post or FedEx, you will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking details to be updated!

Local Orders:
Orders go out to customers in the Metro Vancouver area 2-3 times a week. If your order is on our next delivery route, you should receive an email with a time slot the evening before your delivery is scheduled to take place. If the time does not work for you simply send us an email via [email protected] to reschedule!
