Our team takes extra precautions to protect your plants from the cold. We carefully pack them with insulating materials to shield them from chilly temperatures when necessary. Additionally, we keep a close eye on local weather patterns to avoid shipping on exceptionally cold days. Orders ship out when temperatures in your region are consistently above -3 degrees Celcius.

With that said, sometimes things don't always go as planned. If your plants arrive looking less than perfect, please let us know as soon as you can by sending a photo. We're here to help!
