My plant arrived in bad shape!Updated a year ago

If your plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition—whether it's damaged, wilted, or sadly, deceased—don't worry! Simply send us an email with some photos of your plant within two weeks of delivery, and we'll gladly assess the situation. Depending on the extent of the damage, we're happy to provide a replacement, partial or full credit for your plant to ensure your satisfaction. It's important to note that while our team takes great care to pack your amigos up safe, plants may take some time to settle in after traveling, and a reasonable amount of TLC may be needed on arrival. Your happiness and the health of your plants are our top priorities, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you encounter any issues with your order. We're here to help!
