What delays can I expect in the winter?Updated 18 days ago
Due to varying temperatures across Canada in the winter months, there's a possibility that your order may be temporarily held when there are inclement weather conditions on your order's route or destination. Orders that have been held will be prioritized as soon as conditions allow.
We consistently monitor the weekly weather forecast and aim to ship your orders at the earliest opportunity. It's important to note that our primary concern is the safe delivery of your plants! If your package is at risk of being stuck over the weekend or if there's inclement weather expected during the delivery period, we may delay shipping.
Orders may take between 5 to 15 business days to ship. In cases of particularly chilly weather conditions, there may be additional delays in processing your order.
Our commitment to the health and safety of your plants means we strive to ship when temperatures are above -2 degrees Celsius in your region. We appreciate your understanding as we take necessary precautions to ensure the well-being of your green companions.
*Orders to areas with a local temperature of down to -5° is available when requested, however, at these temperatures, there is serious risk of cold damage, so our warranty is modified. When shipping to these areas, if damage occurs we can only offer up to a 50% refund or store credit.
