Packing Times

Our small but mighty team does their best to get your green amigos packed and ready to go as soon as possible! Please expect between 3-6 business days for processing before our team ships out your order in the spring and summer months. In the winter, please note that cold weather holds may be in effect and our team will wait to ship your order at the most optimal time for your plants' survival. Please allow an extra few weeks for processing in the winter months to account for delays and potential backlogs.

Please note that fulfillment times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and annual Warehouse Sale.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by province. Deliveries in BC will take an average of 1-3 business days after your order has been fulfilled. Deliveries to the rest of Canada may be with the courier for 3-6 business days (we use FedEx and Canada Post).

We get a lot of questions about plants being in a box for extended periods of time. Please know that plants are resilient and have no problem being in transit for 7 full days. Most plants will even still be fine after two weeks in the spring and summer!

Local orders to Metro Vancouver

Local orders in the Metro Vancouver area go out once per week. If your order is on our next delivery route, you should receive an email with a time slot the evening before your delivery is scheduled to take place. If you have any extra delivery information to provide (i.e. buzzer number), please email us at [email protected]! If you won’t be home for your delivery, please note that our driver is happy to leave your package in a safe place until you can retrieve it.
