Why does my order confirmation show a different colour/item?Updated a year ago

We understand the confusion when you receive your order confirmation and the image is of a different coloured pot or postcard from the one you selected! But don't panic. The email confirmation automatically selects the first available image from the collection, but upon reviewing the order details closely, the description will say the correct colour/item. Phewf!
