Why were my item(s) cancelled?Updated a year ago

If you received an email notifying you of a refunded item that you didn't request, we understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. There are a couple of reasons why this may have occurred:

  1. Inventory Error: Sometimes, despite our best efforts to maintain accurate inventory levels, an item may be unexpectedly out of stock. In such cases, we have to cancel the item from your order and issue a refund.
  2. Quality Control: Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that every item we ship meets our quality standards. If an item doesn't meet our quality criteria during inspection, we may opt to cancel it from your order to maintain the integrity of our products.

We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we're constantly working to improve our inventory management and quality control processes to minimize such occurrences in the future.
